How prices are shown:
- Amazon.ca items show only the budget band they sit under. Check the current price on Amazon.ca.
- Infinite Discs items show the price in US dollars, checked on Oct 20, 2026.
- Infinite Discs ships from the US; the buyer pays shipping, GST/HST and any duty to Canada. Infinite ships discs and small accessories to Canada, so every bag, basket and cart on this page is an Amazon.ca link (CA$, ships in Canada).
Prefer a local shop? Flip and Fade and Wildman Disc Golf both list Edmonton-area pickup on the Gear page. More Canadian shops, by region, are on the Gear page.

Free extras
Gifts that cost nothing, or pair well with a disc.
- A beginner's guide: Disc golf for beginners covers disc types, grips, the backhand, scoring and etiquette.
- A course map: the Canada disc golf map lists courses by province.
- Local pages: Disc golf in Edmonton and area and Alberta courses and clubs.
- A printable course card: the free Edmonton course card is on the Edmonton page. It can be printed and tucked into a card.
- What to bring to a first round: the day kit and your first round in Canada.
Give a round
Most disc golf courses are on public land and free to play. A plan can be the gift.
- Write a "round on me" card. Pick a free course from the map, add a date, and bring a spare disc to lend.
- Pair it with a putter. One disc from the under-$25 list plus a course card makes a complete first-round gift.
- Try a league night together. EDGA lists Edmonton leagues and their fees on edga.ca. Confirm dates and costs there before you plan.
- Spring it later. If snow is a deal-breaker, date the card for the first spring weekend.
Shopping for a winter player?
Snow play brings a few extras: a bright or glow disc, ribbons or a finder, gloves thin enough to throw in, and a towel. The winter disc golf guide covers when ribbons are allowed and what to wear, and lists winter gear. Check course and park notices before any winter round.
- Innova DX Glow Starter Set at Infinite Discs: US$34.99, price checked Oct 20, 2026; may change.
- Ribbons for snow. Some winter players tape a thin ribbon under a disc so it's easier to find in snow. Red curling ribbon on Amazon.ca. See the winter guide for when ribbons are allowed in sanctioned play.
