What a real plan looks like
This is a SAMPLE excerpt from a practice build: a calm first trip through Kyoto, Nara and Osaka for two adults. It is not a client order. Names and personal details are not included. Your plan would use your dates, pace and interests.
Our founders lived in Japan. Every plan is checked against current official sources.
Checked on Oct 18, 2026. Confirm before you go.
What's in a real plan
- Trip overview: route, nights per city, top bookings with book-by dates.
- Book-by timeline: hotels, tickets and timed entries, each with a direct link. Dates tagged official (a real sales opening or rule) or our suggestion (a buffer we recommend).
- Day by day: morning, afternoon and evening, travel times, a rainy-day swap, and food and drink map links.
- Phone trip page: the same plan in a tap-friendly layout; readable without signal; map buttons need data.
- Practical notes: money and tickets, cash spots, weather links, phrases and help.
- Before you fly: Free recheck about 7 days before you fly, against current official sources.
- We plan, you book. We don't book or pay for anything for you.

FAQ
Questions
Why pay when I can plan it myself?
You can plan it yourself, and many people do. You pay us when you want someone else to assemble a day-by-day route with realistic travel times, rest built in, rainy-day swaps, book-by dates and direct links, then check changeable facts on official sources before the plan goes out. We plan; you still book.
How is this different from a free itinerary online?
A free itinerary is a starting point for everyone. Yours is built from your dates, pace, budget and interests. It includes a book-by timeline for your trip, a phone page with a map link per stop, and the date we last checked the changeable details. Free guides on our site stay free either way.
What's included?
A day-by-day PDF and a phone-friendly trip page. Morning, afternoon and evening for each day, travel times, a rainy-day swap, book-by dates with direct links, and practical notes (money, tickets, weather links, phrases and help). Small tweaks after delivery are included.
What's not included?

How long until I get my plan?
We'll confirm your delivery date when you order. We'd rather promise less and deliver on time.
What if something changes after you send the plan?
Official hours, sales openings and prices can change. Every plan shows “Checked on [date]. Confirm before you go.” Anything we couldn't confirm is marked unconfirmed. Free recheck about 7 days before you fly, against current official sources.
How are facts checked?
Every changeable detail (hours, prices, closures, seasonal events, transport) is checked on current official pages when we build your plan. Our founders lived in Japan. Every plan is checked against current official sources. The plan shows the check date. Please confirm before you book or go.
Is it available now? What does joining the beta mean?
No. The custom itinerary isn't on sale yet. Joining the founding beta only means we'll email you when founding spots open. There's no payment and no obligation. Beta founding price CA$129; planned regular CA$199. We'll confirm the final price before anyone pays.
Should I get travel insurance?
Yes. Provincial health plans cover only a small part of medical costs abroad. Your plan's practical notes include insurance reminders; any insurance link we suggest is an affiliate link and labelled as one.
What do you need from me?
Your dates, rough budget, who's travelling, your pace and what you're curious about. We never need your passport or payment details for the beta.
